Corinne Lepage is a French politician. She served as French Minister of the Environment in the Alain Juppé cabinets I and II 1995–1997 and as Member of the European Parliament (MEP) 2009–2014 for the North-West constituency.
She is the founder and President since 1996 of the Citizenship, Action, Participation for the 21st Century Party (CAP 21). She is also co-founder of the centrist Mouvement démocrate and served as Vice-President for the party until March 2010, when she announced that she was leaving the movement.

Stéphane Voisin is the Head of Sustainability, Environmental, Social and Governance Research at Kepler Cheuvreux’s Research Division. He covers sustainability, as well as the environmental, social and governance sectors within transversal research.
Prior to that, Stéphane was the Head of SRI Research at Cheuvreux’s Research Division. He was an Executive Director at JP Morgan and at BNP Paribas and also held positions at BZW and Natwest. Stéphane has authored a number of reports on environmental, social and governance issues, environmental liabilities, carbon focus and carbon impacts. He has 18 years experience in equity markets and holds an MBA in Law and Finance.

Robin Edme (Board Member)
Robin Edme serves as Board Member of the French board of 2DII, where he sits in an individual capacity. He is a highly recognized promoter and influencer in the fields of CSR, SRI, long-term, green and climate finance at a European and international level.
He was a key contributor to the launch of 1) the 'Energy and Ecology Transition For Climate', the French SRI and Greenfin public labels for investment funds as well as the first edition the international climate reporting award for institutional investors; and 2) the European Commission Sustainable Finance Action Plan.

Damo is Senior Strategic Advisor based in New York and contributes to the structure and content of policy briefs, positioning with key external stakeholders on new research projects and fundraising, as well as refining the sustainable finance practice on climate and bio-diversity risk issues. He is a career banker with senior experience in credit rating, development, investment, and commercial banking in emerging as well as developed markets. He has extensively worked with Fortune 500 multinationals in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific across multiple industry sectors. He was previously Head of Corporate Coverage (& Interim CEO) Americas for ANZ Bank and has since worked as external expert for World Resources Institute, Washington DC on global banking research project on Paris Alignment; other NGOs on accelerating adaptation and mitigation financing under the NDCs; supported the Cambridge Climate Repair Center, UK to develop corporate partnerships for greenhouse gas removal initiatives; and advised several new start-ups in the past few years.
Damo holds law and commerce honors bachelor degrees from the University of Delhi and master's in financial management from Durham University Business School, UK. He has received executive management education in Global Financial Systems at the JFK School of Government, Harvard University, as well as in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge. He has Series 7, 63 securities licenses from FINRA US and Sustainability & Climate Risk certification from GARP Risk Institute in the US.

Raphael is an entrepreneur committed to shaping and transforming a sustainable lifestyle and low-carbon economy.
A graduate of the Mines-Télécom school, he started his career in the telecommunications sector before founding two companies: an external lithium battery company and a SAAS open innovation platform.
Since 2017, he has focused his activities on climate change.
He joined WWF to create the We Act For Good platform, an app that encourages citizens to take action. He is now managing director of the Observatoire de la finance durable: the dashboard for monitoring the alignment of financial flows and activities in the financial sector to decarbonise the economy.
He is a committed member of the Shifters association and animator of the Climate Fresque; he also animator and participate in the creation ot the Mobility Fresque and the Finance Fresque. He is a lecturer, debater and moderator at institutions such as HEC and Mines.

2DII today announced it is transferring stewardship of the Paris Agreement Capital Transition Assessment (PACTA) to RMI, formerly Rocky Mountain Institute. PACTA measures financial portfolios' alignment with various climate scenarios, including those consistent with the Paris Agreement. Under RMI’s stewardship, PACTA will remain a free, independent, open-source methodology and tool, and will continue to provide the financial and supervisory community with forward-looking, science-based scenario analysis to help users make climate-aligned financing decisions. RMI will invest in scaling up PACTA’s usability and applicability in day-to-day investment decisions as well as reporting requirements.
